The penultimate
Magnetic Screwdriver

(I'm calling this one "penultimate" because that leaves room for a
better idea to come along.)
Here it is:
This is just about as easy as it can get. I simply take my 1/2" diameter
"rare earth" (Neodymium) magnet and stick it to the side of my screwdriver
blade. Immediately, I have the best magnetic driver I've ever used. Not only
is it significantly stronger in its ability to hold screws, but it's portable
and works on any of my screwdrivers.
Here, it helps me make quick work of 16 slotted screws holding the Cathedranola's
fake resonator cover:
